I had Herd's submit a bid, which was reasonable, they came to my address, and removed the tree that had fallen in my back yard. They told me they would be back in a week, to remove the tree stump, they never showed up a week later, and now I have contacted them numerous times which they said they would come and remove 2 weeks later, still did not show up. I already paid them for the work, and now it has been a total of 7 weeks, and I still have the stump that needs to be removed. I contacted Angi's, they said they would contact Herds Tree removal Co. and I still have not heard anything from them or Angi's. My next step will be small claims court.
