Pretty awesome company! We got 3 estimates trying to compare apple to apple. They were a better price for the same things. Labor warranty was longer. Offered a great Annual Maintenance Plan. Ryan, the technician that came was wonderful. He seemed to be an expert on all aspects of this job, which wasn't exactly easy. He answered all the questions we had and help us set up our My Q app. He ensured everything was working properly before he left. Ask for Ryan, he will make sure the job gets done right. He is a great asset to this company!

Unfortunately, I closed the garage door on my car while I was backing out- which knocked my door off its track. Good Day Garage Doors was at my house within the hour. They not only got my door back on its track, but they were able to bend the door so that it looks good cosmetically. As a bonus, they replaced some missing screws from my other garage door for free! I will be using this company for all of my future garage door needs.

Ryan, Leo, and Eric helped us. The spring broke, then the other, then the tension wore snapped, and the door wouldn’t go down. Ryan came out within an hour and helped me get the door down. It was at least 40 years old. The old door wouldn’t seal at the sides or bottom. Settled on a new door, they delivered when we decided, and Eric installed it in a couple hours. It looks great!

After a quote from another company, I checked with Good Day Garage Doors for a 2nd quote on a Friday afternoon, they made it out same day and quoted me significantly less for a better product.

Then, they booked me for the next Monday to install, which only took about 2 hours.

Tyler and Corey were both incredibly professional, friendly, communicative, and timely.

I’m a newer homeowner, and this experience with Good Day was an absolute breeze. They’ll be who I call next time I need anything related to my garage door.

Great garage door company. I shopped around and got 3 quotes from 3 garage door companies in the Knoxville area. Good Day Garage Doors had exactly what I wanted and for the best price. And it wasn’t even close. Other companies had the cedar door I wanted but for outrageous prices. I thought I was going to have to compromise and get another style door. I’m thankful I called Good Day Garage Doors bc they made it possible. They were knowledgeable, punctual, and all around great to work with. The install went smooth and looks great.
