I would not recommend this place to anyone with children or to anyone who's looking for a "nice" place to live. The interior renovations are nice hence the two stars. Plenty of storage, new brand name appliances, laminate flooring but that's where it ends. The location is supposedly ideal for children (schools, playground, spray park) but it's a sketchy neighbourhood with sketchy neighbours. The ceilings and walls are paper thin so much so that we can hear conversations being had through the vents and we can smell "mj" being smoked as if it's in our own unit; Cigarette smoke wafts in the hallways and stairwells; the stairs and landings aren't cleaned regularly; Insulation of the place is poor (old building) which makes it a cold place to live in during the winters; and big garbage items (mattresses, furniture) do not seem to be cleared out regularly. There is also a squatter living in the bushes to the entrance of the parking lot. No no no, this place is one big NO for families with small children.

One up yourself and spend a few extra dollars (if you can) to live in a decent building in a decent area.
