I had such a wonderful massage today! The therapist has outstanding bodywork skills. I spend many hours driving every week, which leaves my back and hips stiff and achy. They quickly located all my trigger points and used precise massage techniques to release trapped tension. Pressure was perfectly balanced, firm enough to work knots loose without being painful. The treatment room is private and clean, and soft lighting makes it super easy to unwind. My therapist was friendly and professional with no pushy sales talk at all. After the massage, my stiffness was drastically reduced, and I felt so much lighter walking out. It can be really hard to find an experienced therapist with this much talent. If you’re searching for great massage with solid technique, this shop is well worth booking. I’m definitely coming back.

I went for the first time to get a one hour deep tissue massage. I’m always hesitant to try new places, but I was pleasantly surprised. Mary was my therapist, and she is a professional. She was always checking to see if the pressure was the correct one, she focused on the areas needed.
I will be coming back! Highly recommend her!

This was actually my second visit to this massage studio.

The first time I came was simply because it’s only a few minutes from my house, and I couldn’t believe I had never tried it before. Unfortunately, my first impression wasn’t great. The gentleman at the front desk, who I believe may be the owner, wasn’t rude, but he certainly wasn’t warm or welcoming either. He was simply very matter-of-fact.

What really stood out, though, was the cleanliness. The treatment room, walls, and even the bathroom felt dirty and poorly maintained. Honestly, I left thinking I would never come back because cleanliness is one of the most important things I look for in a massage studio.

Ironically, the massage itself was excellent, which left me conflicted.

About a year later, I had extra ClassPass credits and decided to give the place another chance. I’m glad I did in one respect because I immediately noticed that the cleanliness had improved significantly. The facility looked much better maintained than during my first visit, and I genuinely appreciated seeing that improvement.

This time I was initially assigned a male therapist. That was my mistake because I forgot to request a female therapist when booking. When I asked if it would be possible to switch, they accommodated me immediately without any hesitation, and I truly appreciated that.

Unfortunately, the massage itself wasn’t enjoyable. The therapist was professional, but the pressure was simply far too strong for me, it became painful rather than relaxing. I actually felt good afterward, but during the massage I spent more time enduring it than enjoying it.

The biggest reason I’m leaving three stars, however, was the checkout experience.

My ClassPass reservation clearly stated that most customers tip around 10%. My massage was approximately $69, and I chose to leave a $10 tip, which is already above 10%. When I told the gentleman at the front desk the amount, he pointed to a sign recommending $15–20 tips for 60-minute massages and told me that I should tip more.

That immediately made me uncomfortable.

Tipping should always be appreciated, but it should never feel expected or pressured. Once a customer chooses to leave a gratuity, it shouldn’t become a discussion about whether it was enough. That interaction completely changed the way I felt walking out of the studio.

The location is convenient, the pricing is reasonable, and I do appreciate that the facility is much cleaner than it was during my first visit. However, between the painful massage and the uncomfortable checkout experience, I’ve decided this will be my last visit.

This is not a very fancy massage spa, the place itself is simple, clean, and cute. BUT the customer service and massage treatments are excellent! Eva is my favorite masseuse. She is very kind and always asks if I’m comfortable and if the pressure is ok. Everyone I have encountered at this spa is very welcoming and that goes a long way!

I do not recommend. I went here for a nice massage to feel refreshing and relaxing.. but my massage therapist wasn't doing his best. I had to stop 5 times and tell him i want harder. He said yes then totally ignored my feedback. It just felt like he's wasting my time, massaging my toes for like 20 minutes... the facility is clean and new but.. definitely not the massage i want or worth time and money.
