I faithfully pay my DIRECTV bill, however, they are having a system issue to the point of when you call in to pay your phone bill it does not go to your DIRECTV account. It goes to another account and it's just sitting there. They disconnect your services due to their mistakes and will not correct it.

Directv has changed how you view cast and crew for a show. It was a very nice feature. Not happy that they changed this feature.

I have called DirectTV Customer Service twice since I got the service in December 2025. I previously had Optimum (the very worst customer service I have ever personally experienced). I have been really impressed by DirectTV's AI interface, how quickly I was transferred to a live agent when AI didn't have the answer, and how helpful, kind, and knowledgeable the agents I talked with were. My questions were answered and my issues were resolved. I mean no disrespect, but for those who've given a low score here, be very, very thankful you don't have Optimum.

They lied and said they were spectrum contractors. They left evidence, electrical/ cable hardware in my backyard. The incident in which caused them to even come by had occurred 3 weeks prior. Entire cable power line left on the ground in my front yard(3wks) which extended to the backyard. I went to the store to show pictures of this incident. They denied it was their issue. I have the paper trail. I still have their hardware. I have photos.

Ive been a customer for 20+years they double charged my card when i made one payment…. They will not refund payment they stole, they stated i have an outstanding balance hence was the reason for the primary payment…… they offered $50 off for 12 months…. They would rather give me $600 in credit than refund payment that was done against my knowledge… its bad business practice to unknowingly take money from a customers bank without their knowledge….. being a customer for 20+ years ive never experienced this with the company…….. customer service sent complaint to escalation department and they said they sent to finance dept and finance dept said they will not refund! Directv customer service has gotten terrible…. Ive known 5 people to cancel their service in a short period of time. Now i see why!
