We contracted with these guys in September of 2008. They started job but did not finish. It is now June 2009 and our waterfront is a mess and unusable. They will not answer or return phone calls. When you sign up, they will tell you they need a substantial deposit to get a good price on steel - this is bunkum. Don't deal with them and if you do, don't give them any money up front.
