We’ve had a great experience with Mathnasium. My 10-year-old has been going for two years, and I love that he’s challenged beyond what he’s doing in school. I also really appreciate the feedback after every session about what he worked on. And the “card” reward system he can trade in for prizes keeps him motivated and excited to go;)

My son had been struggling with pre-algebra and algebra concepts. This was causing him to loose self esteem and he began to push back on learning and trying in his math class at school. A friend recommended Mathnasium of Newton to us, and we are so grateful for this awesome place! The director there, Molly, and all of the staff and instructors take the time to really get to know your child. They provide a place where kids feel safe to make mistakes, where they can learn from those mistakes and get cheered on in the process! Mathnasium takes something my son had begun to dread doing, and makes it fun and in an inviting atmosphere. Best of all, we are seeing real results at school! This is an excellent place that really supports kids math knowledge and skills. My only wish is that it had existed back when I was an in middle school!

My son loves going every week and that in itself is a huge achievement. His math confidence and skills have improved immensely. Scheduling is easy and flexible. The people working there are always so kind, patient and easy to talk to and figure things out with. No complaints here!

My kid loves coming here. The booking/scheduling is a little wierd, but once you're up and rolling the activities and updates are great.

A Wonderful Learning Environment!

We've had a fantastic experience with Mathnasium in Newton Centre. It's been a great learning environment for our son. The tutors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient—they really understand how to work with students in this age group.

Our son genuinely looks forward to his sessions, especially earning cards and rewards for his efforts. He’s even motivated to practice on IXL at home just to earn more cards—something we never expected!

A special shoutout to Mariah and Rose, who have been amazing at pairing him with tutors that match his personality and learning style. Their thoughtful approach and consistency week after week have made a big difference in his confidence and enjoyment of math.

We’re so grateful for the positive impact Mathnasium in Newton Centre has had on his learning journey! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mathnasium to other families looking for a supportive and engaging math learning experience.
