Staff was all very helpful and very nice. We spent 3 nights and absolutely loved the whole experience. Very clean room and all areas of the hotel were very clean and very nice. The view was very Beautiful..

My husband and I are locals, but stayed here for our wedding. We booked the king suite. It was around $600/night for mid August. At first, we thought the room itself was nice, but then almost immediately noticed how filthy it was. The counter still had crumbs on it from the previous guests. The sink had food/drink spots in it. There were huge, grubby handprints on every window. The bottom of the bath mat had literal dirt marks on it from the floor being dirty. We are not ones to complain, but this was disgusting. We approached the front desk, showing them the photos and asking if there was anything they could do. The front desk person spoke with housekeeping and came back saying that if it was “unbearable” that someone could quickly clean it that night. We were confused as to why it had to be “unbearable” for it to be cleaned promptly and properly? Because it was 8:00 pm and we were exhausted from work, planning the wedding, and getting settled into our room, we opted for them cleaning it the “next day at 8:00 am.” The next day was our wedding. Housekeeping did not show up at 8:00 am. They showed up around 10:15. The sink was still dirty after housekeeping came through. For the price we paid, the room should have been spotless. I would not recommend this hotel, despite the beautiful location.

On a different date, we ate at the restaurant upstairs (The Windward) and the food was terrible. The rice was undercooked. The other food looked and tasted as if it was microwaved. We had a large group and only 3 people actually ate their meal. The rest were sent back to the kitchen.

Absolutely love the hotel and all the staff, everybody at the front desk has been so nice and accommodating!
The room is beautiful.
The view is unparalleled.

We showed up in a pinch when other plans fell through and Curtis was extremely accommodating- plus we got our room very quickly.
We will definitely be back!

The first room we were given had trash left behind and some crumbs, then we switched to another with no trash but some more crumbs and staining in several spots around the room. The view was great and staff was friendly, but I think housekeeping could improve a bit in not only the rooms but common areas to maintain freshness of the hotel. The Windward restaurant on the 5th floor was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and my family had the pleasure of staying here and it was the absolute best. Not only were the rooms nice, spacious, and clean the staff always went above and beyond. The views and location are simply luxurious. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and front desk always answered all our questions. The breakfast was so good, lots of great options with a great view. The hot tub is super cool, and the pool was great for our little one. With a super nice park right out the back of the hotel, with a basketball court for our teens, and a disc golf course. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming up this way!
