They sold me a full CO2 canister, and when I returned several weeks later to swap it for a fresh one told me they can’t refill it without me paying an additional $20 to have it tested because it didn’t come from them. It most definitely did, because I’ve only ever been to this location to receive CO2. The owner proceeded to tell me “the customer is always right, but this didn’t come from us” and refused to admit the REMOTE POSSIBILITY someone in their shop could have made a mistake. Will not be coming back. That’s just bad business. Admit you’re wrong and forget the $20 so that you continue to get the customer’s business in the future. Instead you’ve lost sales for years to come.

We have been doing business with them for almost a year. Great staff- both customer service & accounting. Great product at affordable prices. I highly recommend them!

Long time customers don't mean nothing here.
Witnessed them changing the rules on the fly and more or less calling that said customer a thief doesn't fly with me when I know better.
Will do my best to send folks to top class welding supply shops who believe in customer service.

Best customer service in town. Best turn around time as well. Praxair took over two months to get our mig machine back to us, these guys had my tig machine ready in less than 3 days. Very good pricing on repairs, always stayed in touch on a daily basis to let me know what was going on. My machine also came back fully cleaned, like I dropped it off at a detail shop, very nice surprise. After having the service done, my miller syncrowave lx350 has never ran better, I will never use a different company for welder service.
