They are crooks!nThey did not stand by their word and ended up charging us significantly more than they stated at the beginning. Get EVERYTHING in writing if you are getting any work done. That includes timeline, scope of work, potential extras, etc. we ended up paying for visits to our boat where nothing was done and were told they could work on the boat as it was then they changed their minds and charged us for the costs. It was a horrible experience for something that, if clearly stated at the outset, could have taken 5 hours and ended up taking over two months to complete because of their inept unprofessionalism. When you pay for a 'professional' that is what you expect, not this crap.
