Management is never around for office hours nobody is ever in there. I called many times and the manager was "out driving" or "sorry off site" Monthly fire checks are never done consistently. Manager admitted during lease signing that "I'm up until 3 AM playing video games" he thought this was funny. Neighbors are nosy and very gossipy

I lived in this building for 2 years - moved to the mainland and moved back in 5 years later. It is well maintained with managers onsite that are very helpful and available seven days a week. It is an older building, ie some of the features are esthetically outdated but always clean. This is a quieter building which is a bonus in my books and all of my neighbours have always been really friendly. There are 5 washers/dryers that I have never had to wait more than an hour to use. As a bonus there are a few fully furnished 1bdrm guest suites that visitors can rent for $60/night! 4 stars.
