Whether you are experiencing pain, discomfort, or need preventative care, we are here to help. We strive to make your visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible, and we will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that best fits your needs. The name Florida Foot and Ankle Center may be new, but Dr. Naila Esmail has been taking care of patients in the South Florida region for over 13 years! Dr. Esmail’s practice has more than just a new name, however. While in the past, she treated most of her patients in nursing homes, she now practices solely in her North Miami office, and even added a brand new clinic in Pembrook Pines. Florida Foot and Ankle Center provides a range of treatment options from conservative therapies, to minimally invasive procedures, to forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgeries. We treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis and other types of heel pain, fungal and ingrown nails, bunions and hammertoes, diabetic foot and wound care, and much more. We also offer diagnostic ultrasound, custom orthotics, and a line of diabetic footwear on-site. Joining the practice is Dr. Teresa Contreras, a board-certified podiatrist and surgeon, who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise to the practice. Her compassionate and personalized approach to patient care has made her a beloved and trusted member of our team. Her commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in podiatry and her dedication to ensuring the best possible outcomes for her patients make her a tremendous asset to both the practice and the patients she serves. We are proud to have Dr. Contreras on board and know that you will be in excellent hands under her care.
