Esther has been doing an amazing job. I am consistently impressed by how fast and efficient she is in her tasks. Furthermore, she is incredibly responsive whenever I ask for assistance with cleaning, no matter the request.

I had a very concerning interaction with a representative from CleanNet of Dallas Fort Worth. Jackie called my business claiming we had a scheduled conversation the previous Friday, which was completely untrue. She then stated that their company had provided us with an estimate about six months ago and was following up.

For context, we have been using the same cleaning company for over two years and have never worked with or requested information from CleanNet. When I clarified this, it became clear the information she was presenting was inaccurate.

I politely asked to have our business removed from their call list, and her response was dismissive and unprofessional—stating they “don’t have a list,” which raises even more concerns about how they are sourcing and contacting businesses.

This interaction felt misleading and poorly handled. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable doing business with a company that approaches outreach this way.

Bill Kane and his team at CleanNet USA never disappoint. Our office, located in Southern California, owns a number of DFW area properties and we rely on the CleanNet team to help us keep those properties looking good, advise us when items need attention, and respond quickly when tenants advise that an unforeseeable issue has arise. Tenant feedback has been incredibly positive, which is just one more reason we are all thankful for the CleanNet team!!

For over 16 years we have used CleanNet of Dallas for our office housekeeping provider. As an organization, they have been prompt, professional, proficient and thorough.
Teresa handles our day-to-day services and she's always here with a smile and a greeting as she goes about keeping this place clean and all necessary items stocked up. And Jason Smith does a great job on the QC, to make sure we are getting the proper services.
During those wonderful covid years, we needed a couple of extra sanitizing cleans, and they were very responsive.
We also have a few things that are done as "once a year" requests, and their pricing is great for the additional work like carpet cleaning, strip and wax VCT flooring, damp mopping the RMF, and even window cleaning. They even pressure wash the outside to get rid of the spider webs when needed.
It's been 16 years, and we appreciate what they do for us.

Highly recommend the integrity of this company. Due to a mishap of staff today this company made it right. Many times owners can't control staffs action. Owner here took immediate action returned my call apologized profusely. Please let owners know nicely when you're not happy. Owners can make it right and become the loyal vendor your company needs.
