Came in middle of the day while it was completely dead and placed my order. Only two guys working, one guy is eating rice with his hands in the middle of the restauran I see why people don't dine in.

I ordered $60 worth of food. I live 35 minutes away. by the time I got home and opened the bag, I realized we had none of our sides on any of our orders.

How hard is it to put rice in a box?

Food was fire tho, The place definitely has potential. It's just a matter of if the owners care enough to save the business. Maybe don't let your employees eat rice with your hand in front of your customers & make sure you put all the sides in before stapling the top of the bag..

Great service, great food. The servers were very friendly and suggested some really good flavors. Thank you for the extra corn on the side.

Great experience at Port of Peri Peri! The food was flavorful and fresh. Special thanks to Sarfarz at the cashier—very friendly and provided excellent service!

We visited the West Bloomfield location for dinner. We had limited options on that day due to a snow storm, so we decided to give this restaurant a try (with 4.3 Google rating). There were only two other people dinning in with a plenty of empty tables. There was one guy behind the cash (who works on the grill behind him as well), and another guy in the kitchen. This restaurant looked nice from a distance but it was not clean as most clean restaurants. Menu had grease over it, multiple tables were not cleaned (some grease), bathroom was clean enough but the trash can was full, and I could see the kitchen from behind the cashier (open view) which could difenitely be cleaner consideringthat costumers can see what's inside. The guy behind the cash was friendly, responsive and cleaned one of the tables after we sat. The grilled chicken was very good, but the steamed vegetables were not cooked well, and the rice was OK (didn't taste fresh or warm). I would rate their humus 3/5. No empty plates were offered when the food arrived. Knives, spoons and knives are placed in a wooden boxes on all tables, but had stains (white spots) so I had to grab plastic ones. Before leaving the restaurant, I went by the vending machine to dispose a can in the trash counter (the one with an opening for trash) and saw a small cockroach running and hidding on the same counter.

I was told that the owner doesn't share tips with the workers if you pay it through a credit card transaction (not sure why), so I left cash in the tips jar they had instead. This is the first time I hear this, but the owner should be criticized if this is true.

What a hidden gem.
I was looking up something different to eat and stumbled upon this place.
Portuguese food with tons of options.
I definitely need to go back to try the sandwiches, but I had the 1/2 chicken, corn, fries, rice, and paneer.
All of the flavor was amazing with fast service and big portions.
Chicken was cooked well, rice had great flavor. Corn is like Portuguese elote.
Seating for a larger group or booths for 4 people. Clean restaurant. Friendly service.
