Michael and Todd made a very positive impression upon arriving right on time for the service appointment (which they gladly accepted even if I had given them such short notice): genuine smiles, warm handshakes, courteous and friendly demeanor, and easy going disposition.

After quelling my anxiety and panic over a clogged toilet, Michael proceeded to expertly unclog it and left the bathroom so clean as if no work had been done in it.

I highly recommend these Gentlemen for their knowledge and expertise, professionalism, and integrity.

Best part of working with Zoom is that I talked to an actual person. Todd answered my call and was terrific to deal with. Michael came out, fixed the drain in a matter of minutes and even reset the garbage disposal while he was there. Michael explained everything, made suggestions and I’d hire them back for any future issues.

It was a pleasure to work with Zoom Drain today. Two of my sinks had not been draining properly and they fixed them right away. They also gave me some tips as to how I can prevent the clogs from happening again. Thank you so much!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience with Zoom Drain! My bathroom sink had been clogging on and off for years, and I finally decided to call a professional.

Brody was punctual, polite, friendly, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained what was going on, got everything flowing again, and had me back up and running in no time.

What really stood out was the honesty and professionalism. I never felt pressured into unnecessary work, and they treated me with respect from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a company that values customer service and integrity.

I highly recommend Zoom Drain, and if you get Brody, you’ll be in great hands!

Brody from Zoom Drain came to our office yesterday, to repair toilets that were backing up, and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and expertise. From the moment he arrived, he was knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly experienced in diagnosing the issue.

We contacted Todd at Zoom Drain based on a referral from Alpha Plumbing, and we’re very glad we did. Brody went above and beyond our expectations to make sure everything was fixed properly and running smoothly before he left.

The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received. We truly appreciate the excellent work and would highly recommend Todd, Brody, and Zoom Drain to anyone needing reliable plumbing service.
