I would refer Drain 1 Plumbers to anyone looking for professional and courteous service. I have used their service in the past, so I called on them once again for some minor work to be done on a bathroom sink drain. Jason, one of their service technicians, came by to do the repairs. After dealing with that, he then asked me if there were any other issues that needed attention. I mentioned that the shower had started leaking and that I had been promised an estimate, but never received one. The shower was decades old and sure enough, replacement parts did not exist. Jason then decided that the best course of action would be to replace everything with single handle shower parts. In order to do so, he would have to access the plumbing from behind. What he didn't count on was that being an older home, the backside was not drywall, but concrete with mesh. With a positive attitude, he went ahead and made a hole large enough to install new pipe fittings and connections. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. Thank you Jason, for a job well done!

I have used Drain 1 Plumbers twice. The first time was a major sewer blockage and required digging up the basement floor and replacing a portion of an old pipe as the property is over 40 years in age. This happened three days before Christmas, and Drain 1 were able complete the job over the weekend. The second time I used them was recently for a poor draining portion of our plumbing, they arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue and allowed me to see the camera images, and then gave an estimate. The job was completed expertly at a reasonable price. Both times they cleaned up after the service, were very polite and friendly. I highly recommend Drain 1 Plumbers.

I cannot recommend Drain 1 Plumbers enough. Pavlo was very easy to work with and diligent in following up for the rebate on my behalf. They did a good job with the drain.
