Lipstick on a pig is the definition of this place. The prices are ridiculous for furniture and decor that should have been sent to a thrift store. Dirty and broken stuff everywhere & the audacity to want to charge thousands for sofas that have actual footprints on them. I truly have second hand embarrassment for this place & left within 3 minutes. If you’re expecting a deal for “slightly “ irregular etc that’s not what you’re getting. Think college campus dorm room furniture that’s left out for bulk pick up.

We furnished a majority of our home here thanks to Nitley’s thoughtful and passionate designer help! She is a gift and the reason we have kept coming back! Furniture shopping from Tucson with two small children is not easy, and Nitley has been an absolute blessing!! Thank you to Daniel in the back for his kindness and perpetual help, too!!

Not what I expected from any form of Crate and Barrel.

I went in just to look, and got lucky, or so I thought, in finding the last piece for my living room. I needed 2 pieces of a 4-piece sectional set to use as a chaise. They gave me a significantly higher price for the 2 pieces I needed compared to the lower price if I took all 4 pieces.

The sales lady gave me the price to take all four pieces, and I thought the higher price on the receipt was just taxes. Until I looked closer. They had overcharged me $100 from what I was quoted, and it was the same person that rang up the sale.

I was also told I would get 0% interest for 1 year if I took out their credit card, and it would only be a soft pull. They told me the offer for the 0% would be in the paperwork when the credit card info came in the mail. Both false information.

I have an account I track my credit with and it showed a hard credit pull - NOT a soft pull at all.

And the 0% for a year. Also, incorrect. I had to call the credit card company and the best they could do was 6 months. There was never an offer of 0% for a year, and if I hadn't called in I wouldn't have gotten the 6 months.

I called in and spoke with a manager and left my information. They were supposed to look into all of this and I never heard a word.

Not sure if this is their way of doing business with overcharging, and providing false information, but I will not be buying there again, and my friends that have heard what happened aren't likely too either.

THIS STORE IS DEFINITELY ONE TO AVOID. THREE MAJOR ISSUES IN ONE TRANSACTION. I WOULD BE A FOOL TO EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

The five stars are hands-down for fantastic customer service. My husband and I visited the store twice in one week, first to look at inventory and later on to purchase furniture. Nitley helped us during both visits. She was kind, outrageously helpful, and guided us through the process of finding exactly what we needed. Nitley was available over the course of an entire day, building our digital cart, patiently answering questions, and checking to make sure we were okay with each furniture item we purchased before finally going through with it all. She helped us navigate an item that we really liked but decided not to purchase because it was missing a few pieces that we’d have to buy full-price and wait weeks or months for delivery. She never pressured us into purchasing anything, and was a genuine asset.

Other great customer service came from Daniel, and Ryan, who patiently loaded everything into our van.

Regarding the inventory pricing, we somehow made it to the store at the perfect time. Apparently the week after Christmas is when sale prices stack and you truly get a great deal. We probably wouldn’t have purchased as many items as we did if the discounts weren’t stacked, because some items were chipped, scratched, or needed a steam cleaning, but each item was so deeply discounted that they were all worth the small hassle. Not all items were damaged, plenty of what we brought home was in new condition.

We bought two C&B couches and one CB2 couch, and having access to both stores’ products in one place was really convenient.

I think it’s definitely worth the stop to shop here if you’re looking for a good deal and are a little bit flexible on condition. Have your phone handy to search each item to see it staged on the main website—visualizing the pieces in a room really helps.

Definitely ask for Nitley when you make the trip. She is a gem!

I have not been inside the store but by the looks of it, people really seem to enjoy it. I like how fast crate & barrel was able to acquire this former bed bath & beyond. I assume it is like a pottery barn outlet. I wonder what the other bed bath & beyond in chandler pavilions. I think I was the first one to find out about this because a couple of weeks ago, crate & barrel actually got the space after a whole month being closed, they removed the bed bath & beyond sign and started to gut out the inside

Update
The store is mid. The prices are expectable for a crate & barrel. Not an outlet store. A very plastic feeling chair costs $549. It’s mostly just furniture. I wouldn’t say it’s worse than a bed bath & beyond but it really isn’t better. Quite overhyped.
