DIRECTV sales folks say what they need to say to get people to sign up. I recently returned to Directv and was told I would get 2 gift cards, $10 off per month for auto pay, and $52 off a month for a 2 year contract. So I came back. Nothing on my online account that I had access to said anything about the discounts. I called several times to make sure the discounts were applied before my first bill. Lo and behold today they took out the full price for my bill. I never received the email about the gift cards either. I chatted with Rosana today and she told me it would take 2 cycles to get the discount. Today was my second bill. Guess what? No discount. Unfortunately it seems like this is another company that promises the moon and delivers the sewer.
