decent place, but rent is a rip off now that mainstreet bought it. They have done some work, but not enough to justify the $200 rent increase and poor quality workmanship and materials. Laminate flooring loose at joints, runs in the paint and old cabinets in kitcken and bath. Expensive laundry $4 min per load, for regular size washer and dryer. Lots of car breakins as the underground is not gated.
