Moved in to a suite with filthy cigarette stained carpets, filthy cabinets with disintegrating liners, and a kitchen light that didn't work. Half the outlets didn't work, the outlet in the bathroom didn't work at all, bathroom door knob was falling off and didn't close all the way, shower head didn't work at all, toilet seat broken...need I go on? In the eight months we lived there nothing was fixed despite repeated complaints. Cops here every weekend, girls working in the office were never there for the full office hours, phone calls never returned, and worst- infested with cockroaches. We had to throw out all our furniture and all the things in the kitchen cupboards due to cockroach infestation and had to hire an exterminator at our new house as the cockroaches came with us in our dishwasher. This place is a joke,don't waste your money

place is very neglected. It's been 3 years and waiting to have light bulbs replaced in common areas.

Landlady is Crazy, unprofessional, self rightous, vindictive, arrogent and just not a nice person at all. Can not have a 5 min discussion with out her yelling at top of lungs. Has not respect for residents.

Place is unsafe. Any reported crimes result in ridicule and demeaning comments, along with no effort to change situation.

Lots of mold and bad smells, garbage on common areas.

Poor landscaping upkeep. Lawns always need to be mowed.

Not recommend to anyone.
