TERRIBLE. They just cut off our service without any call, warning, etc. and then said we HAD to go with Quantum for a higher cost and that was the only way we could get our internet reconnected. Never mind the contract we had with Century link. They just cut service- no warning, no refund. The same day a ton of Quantum trucks and service people just happen to be in the neighborhood right after service was shut off. Was also told by the Quantum rep we would NOT get refunded by Century link for the week we paid for but had service cut off. Capitalism at its finest. Another corporation that doesn’t care about anything but its owner profits.

I have their service they turned me off with no warning saying they no longer service my area which is a lie said I needed to sign up with AT&T a lie I talked to another person and they said the service was down in my area when I started to ask her questions about all the different answers I was getting she pretended she could no longer hear me. I'm going to report them to the FCC... I think they are doing this to me because I was signed up for their lifetime guarantee rate which has to be against the law ..

On the 6th of December, I paid for a fiber package that Quantum Fiber themselves offered me. The appointment was scheduled for the 10th. A day before the appointment, I got an email stating that the appointment was cancelled and no explanation was provided.

I called for any explanation and the call center they use couldn't help. So I wait. The 16th rolls around and I get an answer. An automated email stating that they can't service my location, despite it being available in my area, and a refund.

Now, I'm down $40 in mobile data because they couldn't do the minimal amount of research on their own network before selling to me and decided to take a week to be upfront.

It must be depressing to have worse customer service than Xfinity.

Internet has been out since 2pm on Friday due to an equipment issue in my area. No updates provided other one text saying it was down. Online chats with customer service say it won't fixed until 7pm on Monday, 10/20/2025. This over 72hours after the original outage started. No offer to credit account or provide service. I work from home and do not have an office to go so I will not be able work tomorrow.

Absolutely garbage company that has stolen $156 from me for unreturned equipment which I refused at installation and which support confirmed I would not be charged for. The charge came randomly over two months after installation. Phone support is over two hours of wait time and they've not responded to my emails. I filed a complain with the Colorado Attorney General for their absolutely garbage business practices.
