I have very mixed feelings about my experience, because the service I received from the Fairfax location was exceptional, while my experience with Brilliant Earth's repair team was extremely disappointing.
My fiancé and I worked with Matthew at the Fairfax location when selecting our rings, and he was phenomenal from the very beginning. He was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely invested in helping us find the perfect rings. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Unfortunately, when I needed a repair on my engagement ring, it was a completely different experience. My ring was sent to the repair team three separate times, and the issue remained unresolved. The process was beyond frustrating, time-consuming, and left me feeling completely unheard. If I were able to review the repair team alone, I would give them 0 stars.
What ultimately saved this experience was the incredible team at the Fairfax location. When I reached out to Matthew for help, he immediately enlisted the help of Victoria and Taylor. Together, they advocated for me, communicated consistently, and worked tirelessly to get my issue resolved. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to customer service were truly above and beyond.
While the repair process itself was unacceptable, Victoria, Taylor, and Matthew restored my faith in the company through their dedication and willingness to help when no one else seemed able to. They turned what had been months of frustration into a positive resolution. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. They are the reason I am still a customer, and they deserve every bit of recognition for their outstanding service.

My fiancé and I came into Brilliant Earth about 3 weeks before our destination wedding, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

After having a pretty disappointing experience at another jeweler, we walked into Brilliant Earth and were immediately welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Lucy already had several rings pulled based on the information I provided beforehand, which made the process so much easier.

I am incredibly indecisive, but Lucy and Dianna were both so patient, helpful, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. They answered all my questions, helped me narrow down my choices, and made the whole experience fun instead of stressful. In the end, I found the perfect wedding band and it arrived just in time for our trip!

Huge thank you to Lucy and Dianna for making this such a great experience. I absolutely love my ring and will definitely be back in the future. 100/10 recommend checking them out!

Hi, I just came to elite jewelry to see a one piece and I met Neda & OMG, she is the sweetest person I have ever seen & knowledge able about jewelry. long story short bc of her I end up to buy my very favorite bracelet diamond and also put on hold the same necklace also.

Lucy was so incredibly helpful during our engagement ring appointment. She provided many options for us to consider, giving us great insight on the 4 Cs of diamonds, and helping us find a ring within our budget. She also suggested additional options with different settings to be sent in for another appointment, so we could find a ring we truly loved. No judgment or pressure at all during our consultation. Her coworker was also very helpful, offering tips about various center stones and settings. The staff at Brilliant Earth Fairfax are top-notch! We loved our experience there.
