We ate at Texas Roadhouse on Saturday. The atmosphere was very loud. I know that is common. They delivered the wrong meal to our table. The manager checked to see if the server had put the wrong order in and she didn't. He then said if we would accept the wrong order he would only charge us for the right one. The server was very helpful and gracious while the manager wasn't.

Ordered 2 meals to go and upgraded and paid for my 2nd side to a bowl of chili instead of a cup. Last couple of times that I have done this the containers were somewhat full not half filled like the picture shows. We are totally disappointed how the prices go and the quantity of the food goes down. I filled an empty container with 1 cup of water and you can see that it was more than 1 container of chili. If I ordered a bowl, then 2 of the containers should of been filled a lot more.

Reagan is the absolute best. She took our order quickly, efficiently and brought it back super fast. She is the most friendliest person we have come across in quite some time. Thank you Reagan for your exceptional treatment!!!

1st time eating here. Food was good, service was good.
We had 9 in our party it was hard to converse.
Restaurant was noisy, probably always is.
We got fried pickles and blooming onion for appetizers.
The rolls were nice to nibble on while we waited.
I had the BBQ chicken breast, green beans and a baked potato...everything was delicious!
Parking was plentiful.
A very good experience.

Ordered this steak from here and omg my mouth waters every time I look at this picture. The steak was so tender and juicy, and the lobster literally melted my mouth. The service was great and my son really liked the waiters😉. The atmosphere was clean and there were no rat droppings at all. The service was also really fast and went in ordered at and left in the span of 15 minutes. I would 1’000,000,000% recommend
