This, like the other locations, are really well-designed, an assigned aesthetic that rises above other chains, and food -- the food is head and shoulders above others in the field. There may be local places that can match this, but who wants to risk whether it will be good or bad? You know what you're getting at Texas Roadhouse -- it's a chain with established high standards. But this local location, the staff was attentive, not invasive, and it seemed like the team worked together to really take care of us. This is a great experience. Trust me. My only issue is how loud it is. Play the music, fine, just turn it down. Great experience even still.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Texas Roadhouse. Our server, Tracy S, was absolutely horrible. We were basically left sitting there forgotten for most of the meal. She never checked on us properly, never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks, and didn’t bother bringing us more bread.

The bread is literally one of my favorite things about Texas Roadhouse, so having to sit there without even being offered more was extremely disappointing. It’s the little things like that that make a dining experience enjoyable, and unfortunately, none of that happened here.

The food may have been okay, but the service completely ruined the experience. A server should be checking on their table, making sure drinks are full, and making sure customers have what they need. We shouldn’t have to flag someone down just to get basic service.

Tracy S was easily the worst part of the experience. I normally enjoy Texas Roadhouse, but after this visit, I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location. Management seriously needs to address the service because this was unacceptable.

Went here for lunch on Friday, June 26th. It was busy, but there was no wait to get seated! Our server was prompt to get our drink order. The food came out fast! And it was phenomenal!! Thoroughly enjoyed everything!

It was my granddaughters birthday, they let her get on the saddle while a group of workers sang happy birthday to her and brought her a special ice cream sundae, we had 7 of our family there and the service was spectacular! The food was cooked perfectly, I had the Ribeye steak, medium rare, it was perfect! I can't wait to go back to eat, and they bring you fresh hot rolls with their special butter too, it was a great night by all of us.

Texas Roadhouse, St Charles, MO, DELIVERED!! Even though it was very busy, we joined the waitliist on the way there (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and were seated immediately! Alex our server (pictured) was very welcoming, great personality, gave us 5 stsr service with s smile!! The Steaks were grilled to perfection!!
