Quality and service is still top notch after all these years. Better than some other locations.

As much as I personally enjoy bread in a variety of forms whether it’s fresh or pressed-down with a taffy-like texture, that taffy-like texture can be a turn-off for a lot of people. Here, the complimentary dinner rolls are fresh, warm, and moderately pillowy soft. But at another location out of state, it had that slight taffy texture. Also at this St. George location, the bread was subtly sweet, not overpowering. All great things about the rolls.

The steaks here have stayed consistent over the years, continue to meet expectations, failing to disappoint. There’s no hint of being dry, rubbery, or lacking of flavor and juices as there are at other locations. Although I uploaded only the NY steak, we also got the smallest sized ribeye which was eye-poppingly massive.

Was hoping this location still had peanut shells strewn on the ground but alas that’s no longer the case. Meanwhile they provide bags of peanuts upon request.

Staff was friendly & attentive without being overbearing, just perfect.

We went on a Friday evening- when the place is CRAZY busy. We waited for 30 min and hadn't gotten any drinks or rolls yet, because it was so crazy.
My husband went to find someone to let them know.
The manager, Leo, personally brought us drinks and hot rolls. Then he comped part of our meal.
The server was really nice and apologetic, so we made sure to give him a good tip. He was working really hard!!
They made the evening fun for us.
We'll definitely keep going.

My sister and I had early Bird dinner here. I had a bacon cheeseburger which was delicious. She had a Petit fillet dinner special with salad. She raved about the salad. I will definitely eat here again and have the same thing!

My wife and I made sure to jump on the waitlist as we were driving from where we were staying to the restaurant. When my wife went in to check in, we were still a 20-30 minute wait. As we waited, 5 separate other couples walked in, and immediately were seated. After waiting for almost an hour, and asking 3 separate times when we were going to be seated, we were finally seated. Our waiter was great, but if you ever have a pink haired woman who’s at the front desk, just go to a different restaurant. Definitely felt like we were being profiled hard core.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse in St. George! From the moment we walked in, the lively Southwestern vibe and Texas-themed decor set the perfect tone for a fun evening. We were celebrating a birthday, and the staff went above and beyond—they surprised us with complimentary ice cream that was creamy, delicious, and the perfect sweet treat to cap off the meal.

The food was out of this world! I ordered a steak, and it was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. Paired it with their creamy mashed potatoes, which were buttery smooth and seasoned just right. Everything came out hot and fresh, with generous portions that left us satisfied but not overstuffed. The service was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.

If you're in the area and craving a great steakhouse experience, this place is a must-visit. 5 stars all the way—can't wait to come back!
