Kathleen went above and beyond to help me find a wig and everything I needed. I am undergoing chemotherapy and she was so incredibly patient, kind and understanding. Took her time to be reassuring and explained everything i needed to know as I've never dreamed of needing a wig. She's and excellent hair stylist and this was a 1 and done trip. Styled my wig, cut it to fit my liking. Would recommend 110%!!! Could not be more grateful!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio. My mom has been through an incredibly difficult journey battling breast cancer, and we came in looking for a wig for an upcoming wedding. We found three wigs that she absolutely loved, but choosing just one felt impossible.

The owner showed us a level of kindness and compassion that we will never forget. Seeing how much this meant to my mom, she graciously offered us a buy two, get one free deal so my mom didn't have to choose between them. We were completely overwhelmed by her generosity and brought to tears by her thoughtfulness.

In a world where genuine kindness can be hard to find, this experience reminded us that there are still truly caring people who go above and beyond for others. The wigs are beautiful, but what we will remember most is the compassion, empathy, and incredible customer service we received.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making my mom feel beautiful, supported, and special during such a challenging chapter of her life. We are eternally grateful.

I can’t say enough good things about Kathleen at Merle Norman in Roseville! My mom and I stopped in to look at wigs, and she was just wonderful—patient, kind, and really knows her stuff. She made what could’ve been an awkward process feel easy and even fun. My mom found the perfect wig, and we both left smiling. We’ll definitely be back. 💕

Recently purchased a topper and also make up at Har Mar Mall! Kathleen was so wonderful to work with and truly talented. My Mother has such thin hair and was able to find a wig that works perfect for her with Kathleen's experience and wisdom. Delightful experience and highly recommended.
