This place was a disgrace. It gave inner city motel vibes. We arrived late night/early morning, and only needed the room to rest our eyes and wash our bodies for our continued road trip. Checking in was a breeze, no issues there. Once we made our way into the building and to our rooms, the nightmare began. The bathrooms were dirty, the decor was outdated, out of the three rooms rented, one room TVs wasn’t working. The window had mold around it and the ac unit hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathtub was disgusting and the toilet was no better. I didn’t wanna sit in the chair in the room because of the stains and how dirty it was. There were strands of hair here and there. My bed comforter had stains. The mattress pad was stained. The hot water would not get hot. Coffee maker in room had dust on it and no cups were provided or coffee. The machine in the lobby area had a sign out of service. There were fruit flies in the kitchenette area. The pool was out of service. Then upon leaving, I noticed the foot traffic was a bit unusual. This place needs an inspection and an update to the interior. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

We booked a jacuzzi room, and that’s not what we got. Front desk said Expedia had messed up several reservations that week — but if they already knew Expedia had it wrong, why was the jacuzzi room still showing online? That’s something the hotel could’ve fixed ahead of time.
Pool was closed, and we got two different stories: waiting on the health inspector or waiting on a part. Pick one and stick with it.
None of the tubs have stoppers. Front desk said they had plungers to use as stoppers, but most of them don’t work. They offered washcloths to plug the drain. That’s not a solution — that’s a workaround for a problem that’s easy to fix.
The front desk staff at check out could also have had some better customer service skills. No common courtesy, or hospitality.
The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe. The smell of marijuana was strong enough you could get a contact high, and there were some people hanging around the back of the motel that appeared to be the "working girl" type.
These issues weren't catastrophic, but they were all preventable with basic maintenance and clear communication.

Husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old child for one night. Had to get rooms switched due to our first room being absolutely disgusting. Sticky food particles in the floor, hair all over the counter in the bathroom, the tub had residue all over it. The fan above the shower was hanging by one side. Smells AWFUL. Supposed to be non smoking. Smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. Thankfully the gentleman at the desk was able to move us to another room and was very nice about it. Also the elevator hasn’t been inspected since 2024. The room we were moved to was on 3rd floor and was much better. Hotel needs to be shut and redone.

If you're expecting the normal Comfort Inn style hotel in major cities be prepared to be dissapointed. It was not what I expected, closer to a motel 8 type of chain. I went through priceline and the pictures I saw online were NOT what it looked like. I literally went searching for another place but since we were already in the country (the town has a whole lot of fast food, a tiny casino, a small theater, and churches) there weren't many better options so I was stuck with what we had at the time.

Customer service was lacking and maid/room service was worse. We called for fresh linen, clean towels and were told we had to request it the night before when none of that information was given at check in.

The room....
Had a roach in between the doors, linen was stained, (we bought our own covers because i just couldn't do it) bathroom was old and very small. Everything was outdated, whoever stayed prior had left stuff in the drawers, trash under the tables and a left over orange juice lid under the chair. Old A/C that smelled weird when we turned it on.

Disappointed in the whole stay.

PS- We still never got our clean towels.

They need to update their name to the “Discomfort Inn.” DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. The rooms look absolutely NOTHING like the pictures, the entire first floor smelled like wet dogs and cigarettes. The entire place had a dingy dirty smell to it. Truly I should have turned my family around and left when we found out the refrigerator in our first room didn’t work. (This room had a smashed roach in the middle of the floor as soon as you walked in, definitely had not been swept/mopped/vacuumed anytime recently) They did quickly get us a new room, unfortunately this one wasn’t much better. The windows probably have never been cleaned, I actually used water and a rag to check this and sincerely just wish I had not. Bathroom mirror looked like it had not been wiped either. 2 dead stinkbugs on the floor; obviously had not been swept or mopped, shower definitely hadn’t been scrubbed and there was a bar of soap left over from the previous guest. If you have children, its best to not go to the parking lot after dark as my husband witnessed multiple drug deals, and found fresh blood splattered all over the outdoor area when he took our youngest son out to calm down from a fit. All in all, after what we had seen we were actually struggling to get any rest, so although we had booked for the entire week I woke up and immediately began packing my families things. When I went to checkout and get my receipt because Im sure it is going to be a long process to get our refund, the person working the desk asked why we checked out way early and I told him. He simply nodded his head. I learned quite a valuable lesson from this experience, ALWAYS, always read the RECENT reviews. We travel for my husband’s job, we are used to motels unfortunately. This is definitely top 3 worst places I have ever stayed.
