We noticed a significant leak after the recent rainstorm and reached out to Rapid Roofing. Austin came the next morning and did a thorough inspection, unfortunately revealing several systemic problems in our roof replacement from five years ago. He provided photos and thorough documentation of these problems so that we can move forward into the repair/replacement stage. Excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend or engage again!

From start to finish working with Rapid roofing was spectacular. They were very quick to respond to my initial inquiry about My roofing and skylight issues. Linda was a great communicator through the whole process and Austin came by to explain everything in person to me and give me lots of options to work with.

I had a leak in my bathroom exhaust, searched up roofing companies and their 4.9 rating caught my eye. I immediately called and talked to Linda, who was super awesome and got me the quote quickly and had Matt come by the very next day to do the repairs. I noticed on my house that the west facing shingles were starting to curl up. After I had a company out to look they told me that the roof was no longer at a repair state and needed to be replaced. I did what most folks do and start googling companies and getting some second opinions and quotes. I did in-fact need a roof on my house. I was woken one rainy August morning by water aggressively dripping from my ceiling. In a panic I called five local companys and left messages that i needed help. About 20 minutes later i got a call from Austin. He told me all of his crew were booked, but he would personally come to take a look. He showed up very soon after and was able to quickly identify and repair the issue. He was able to immediately set my mind at ease. Thank you Austin, awesome job! We had a damaged roof vent for our furnace that was leaking when we contacted Austin at Rapid Roofing Solutions. He gave us a good quote quickly and had a member of his company Dylan attend to our concerns. Dylan was very friendly, professional and conscientious. He had the repairs done quickly. He took the time to explain what had been done and other problems that he had found and corrected. He is a real asset to RRS! The cost to us was exactly what we had been quoted.
