This building has been through one bad manager after another. In the past 5 years, there have been 4 managers only 1 of which did anything to better the building. He spent his whole time here cleaning out the sloppy tenants that were constantly making the building a skeevy place to live, only to have the next (current) manager come in and allow a bunch of these low lives to live here again! There are tenants that throw their bags of garbage off of the ledge to the garbage can area, missing and therefore leaving trash spread everywhere. The lawn became a meadow because it was left uncut so long that it actually turned to seed and small dogs could become lost in it. The building has air conditioning, but don't expect it to be on in the middle of the scorching hot summers, however, middle of winter?! Yup! A/C!!! The underground parking was broken into 4 times before anything was done to fix the security!! In the 5 years I was there, my apartment was broken into, at which time I found out it had happened to the person next door to me the year before. False fire alarms go off often and at all hours of the day and night. The manager doesn't take your calls and if they do, they don't actually address your needs/concerns. The intercom system doesn't work most days, unless of course it's a random stranger buzzing you at 2 am.

Really long story short, don't live here.
