The Superkids system of Karate was developed by the Canadian Martial Arts legend Sensei Wally Slocki. It is a movement education designed to develop an understanding of how certain body actions or movements are performed and the results they can produce. Our programs are designed to be fun while increasing strength, speed, agility and overall fitness. <p> Our qualified black belt instructors support and coach each student to acquire focus and discipline. Students learn to set and achieve goals both inside and outside of the dojo; this directly leads to increased confidence and self-esteem. Students also develop leadership and team skills by helping each other train and sharing their progress. <p> We understand your need to balance the demands of school and work while you learn the life skills that are an integral part of the martial arts.
