I phoned on the weekend for a non- emergency plumbing issue. I got a call back first thing Monday morning. They managed to have Brad come out early Tuesday afternoon. Not only did he fix the problem but he cleaned up the mess (bathtub backed up) so we wouldn’t be left with the mess. Will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them

Awesome work done by Nick on an unexpected issue that came up just before I was planning to list my home. His diagnostic and plumbing skills/recommendations are second to none. He is so pleasant and positive it was a joy having him complete the repair, in spite of it occurring one week after I had the ceiling painted and that resulted with the ceiling having to be cut! He was respectful and careful with the cutting so repair afterward would be easier! Excellent work by Nick, and Micah, who helped the next day. Both were a pleasure to deal with! Also the company’s communication throughout was excellent. I highly recommend this company!

Clear Choice Plumbing removed an old toilet and installed a new in the condo I was renting. They made sure to keep in touch with the landlord before proceeding. The Plumber, Nicholas, was very professional and did an excellent job. The reception staff who booked the appointment were also very professional. I would highly recommend Clear Choice Plumbing For any plumbing issues.

We had a great experience with The Clear Choice from start to finish. The ladies I spoke with for scheduling were so lovely and easy to chat with, which made the whole process feel smooth right from the beginning.

They were quick to respond, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire process. The work was done efficiently, and everything was left clean and tidy afterward, which I really appreciated.

They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all of our questions clearly. It’s not always easy to find reliable and trustworthy trades, but this team definitely delivered. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Clear Choice again or recommend them to others!

When our kitchen sink started draining poorly, Sarah came to help us.
She gave us a very kind and clear explanation that was easy to understand, even for those of us without technical knowledge. Her smile was wonderful and left a great impression on us.

Nick, who came afterward, also worked very hard, and thanks to him the plumbing is now flowing properly again.

We would love to see them both again, although that would mean we’re having plumbing issues again — which is a bit complicated! Still, we truly appreciate their help and would be happy to welcome them back anytime.

Couldn't be happier. Sarah provided a clear quote with detailed options and no pressure. The next day, Sarah and Micah installed a new hot water heater. Communication was excellent throughout, including arrival times and questions along the way. The installation was done well, the old tank was removed, and everything was left tidy. Amazing work done by Nick on a complex issue that previous plumbers (from well-known companies in Victoria) were unwilling or unable to fix. His diagnostic and clinical plumbing skills are unmatched. His perseverance and dedication to solving the problem meant he spent hours doing finicky and detailed work - and he did this with humble confidence and a smile! Cost was more than reasonable.
