This is not customer service, it's a nightmare. 😤
The store is full of employees, but helping customers isn't exactly their priority:
👉 some are standing around chatting with each other
👉 others just wander over to see what their coworkers are doing
Meanwhile, the waiting area is packed with people sitting there with nobody attending to them. 🪑🪑🪑
The line moves like the staff are turtles on sick leave. 🐢
Sorry, turtles, no offense intended: you at least don't pretend to be busy.
The internet, by the way, matches the staff: the signal lag is so bad it feels like it's coming from Australia. 🦘📶
If you need anything done in a reasonable amount of time, avoid this location. ❌

I got to the store at 3:45pm there was 9 people in front of me. Four employees finished with their customers and disappeared! I left at 4:50pm still only 9th in line! This is completely unacceptable! People were just walking up to the two other people and they were helping them. There is a line or sign in for a reason and there’s no reason it takes 45 minutes to help one customer. The gentleman that sold me my phone did so in 15 minutes and I didn’t even know what I wanted. In the workforce we are trained to be fast and efficient for a reason. I work in retail and I can tell you right now no one is leaving during rush hour! Just 100% unacceptable!

If I could give a zero they would deserve it. This store on East Main is a circus and the reps are not interested in helping if they are not making a sale. I need to return equipment and there is no self serve drop off and you will wait for hours to be seen. Trying to get on their website is like a magic trick. This and many other reasons is why I left them after 10 years.

Came in to upgrade my phone, line was long but went real fast. I was out within an hour. Very friendly staff. Big variety of phones. Recommending this location =)

As far as my current service and experience goes it has been very good. The only thing is whenever you go to the store they almost always have had only 2 employees in there and it takes hours on end to get to your turn so now I don't ever go to the store and just do everything I need in the phone or online and suggest the same to others (even when you make an appointment online for a specific time once you get to the store still the wait is too long)
