I had work done to solve a water problem in my basement.
The work done was exceptional, and the price was very reasonable.
I will have them back to do one more job for me and I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have contacted the company several times since they completed the job.
I wanted them back to finish what we agreed that needed to be done.
I was given dates and times when they would come by, but I never had anyone stop in, nor did I receive a phone call back from them.
I do like the work they did before, however trying to have them come back to finish what I needed them to do seems impossible.
So I Had to hire someone else to finish the job.

I had work done by Demers. I wanted landscaping done to slope the land away from the house and to install water barriers around the basement windows. I had to call him back over after i noticed the land did not slope away from the house and water was still gathering close to the house. On top of that one of the windows leaks water into the house more than ever. I called him again about it and he said theres nothing he can do about it bit he can remove the window and seal it completely if i want. For an extra 300$ of course... The reason i called him in the first place was to prevent water from coming into the house. Not to have him do a bunch of work, charge me then tell me what he did doesnt work..

Mr.Demers and his crew did a wonderful job replacing brick on my house. I could not be happier with the customer service and very flexible prices. I HIGHLY recommend Demers Masonry!
