I went in for blood work knowing there was a good chance I would faint(I normally don’t, but felt extra anxious), so I gave the staff a heads-up beforehand. Sure enough, it happened, and D.M. was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire experience. He stayed calm, knew exactly what to do, and made me feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. His kindness, professionalism, and reassuring presence made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. I truly appreciated how attentive, patient ,and compassionate he was, and I'm so grateful for the excellent care I received. Easy to make an appointment. Easy checking. Phlebotomist did a fast, painless, draw. Made sure the right tests were being performed. I felt at ease throughout the experience.

I showed up late to my appointment by 5 minutes, checked in, and then waited. There was traffic and then a lot of emergency vehicles also took over the road, so that slowed us down on the road too.

A woman politely came to get me but another gentleman came out from the back and dismissively told her I was too late and have to make another appointment. I won’t be doing that. It felt like she just wanted to do the draw but he didn’t want her to. I don’t think it takes 15 minutes to draw blood.

Anyway, I didn’t want to argue and put them out. But I wish I had the opportunity to explain and just get the quick blood draw.

All the people that work there are courteous, patient and informative-as well as professional. The whole system from the start to finish is very streamlined. But, there is always a long wait to be seen. There is always a list on the screen in front of me that displays several appointments and some of the people never show up for the appointment. Too bad there is no first-come-first serve.
