This was the WORST management I've ever seen. You would think you're working for teenagers with how childish & unorganized management was. The GM promoted me but gave absolutely NO proper training so I did the best I could. I gave 110% until I worked for 14hrs straight and to tell me the night audit that is staying within the hotel overslept & somehow it was my fault he didn't come down for his shift?? Just like that fired! So I have to literally give my life to a company who doesn't even care about my well-being????? Amanda holliday is not fit for management. She doesn't think thing logically & goes off of emotions. Arnesha hart is just the worst. Very disgusting individuals who think authority comes from having the leadership title but their just bullies. Terrible company to work for! No job security or loyalty. Hospitality group with some of the worst reviews should had been the red flag.

No staff present when we tried to check in at a property in Nashville, HIE Airport today. Shuttle driver gave us a manager number and she hung up on us when I asked for a GM’s name.

Im trying to contact them to verify employment from 2018 2019. I cant get through. The HR mailbox is full. No email option. No staff to answer the phone. But I bet you can make a reservation with ease.

As soon as this company took over I have seen people that have been there for years some even over a decade fired or quit because the upper management is awful. These people were dedicated employees. I'm so surprised a multi million dollar property can be so poorly run. One of the "big bosses" asked me as a bartender to clean the bathroom, as if that's part of my job description for $5 an hour, when we have an ENTIRE DEPARTMENT who is trained and paid to do this.They will make a schedule that is NEVER consistent and change it 3 or 4 times by the end of the week many of times leaving one of the 2 bars with zero bartenders scheduled and then call you and pretend like it's your fault that they can't make a schedule.
