It’s very scary process of moving a family member to a long term facility. Doug has an incredible skill of addressing both the immediate, and long term, requirements of his patents. He actually helped me place my mother in a facility where she is a 100 times happier then she was in her home. Beyond the medical needs of my mother ( that were addressed well and at a high level), he placed her in a facility that gave her back a social life. Perhaps the greatest thing that was happened to my mom in the last 20 years.
She is now happy and healthy, and I feel grateful every day.
Her successful transition could not have happened without Doug’s guidance and support.
