This was a great place. We were traveling to Sedona and stayed here for the night. We had the best customer service. And while we made an error with our booking, ( we booked the wrong night) and lost money, we were able to get a room for the correct night with the clerks help. Jesse and another clerk, were both extremely helpful. They were both efficient and friendly. They both are top notch in customer service and I hope that they are recognized. Kudos to management as well for hiring such awesome people.

We had a fantastic stay at the Aiden by Best Western in Flagstaff. Visiting on a Saturday, the hotel had a wonderfully lively and vibrant atmosphere, but it didn't disrupt our rest in the slightest. The room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we had a brilliant night's sleep despite the weekend energy. It is a superb choice that perfectly balances a fun environment with the quiet, cosy comfort needed to recharge. Highly recommended!

This has to be one of my top 5 hotel stays and I've been traveling alot! I'm very pleased with this place! If you're stopping through Flagstaff and need a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend Aiden by Best Western ❤️ The bed was very comfortable, the view from my room was gorgeous, the pool wasn't shockingly cold (thank you!!), and they provide pool towels. They've got music playing around the pool area, the food and atmosphere was just perfect.

A bit pricey for what it is. Difficult to find parking because of people with 5th wheels and U-Hauls taking multiple spots

The toilet was too close to the wall in the bathroom making it so your leg hits the toilet paper holder. And you have to shuffle around to get the door closed. The shower was nice though.

They have a bar, as well as a small area with snacks and amenities for purchase. Our room was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig with an assortment of K-cups.

The pool is open until 10 which is nice and heated. But ask for extra towels at the front desk. There are also fire pits and heaters for the tables.

The rooms were clean. Our heater struggled a little bit, front desk came right away and checked it for us. The staff is very friendly, they are polite and helpful. Anytime I went up to the desk for something service related the responded to our room quickly. The young lady working the counter selling things from the little store or the coffee bar was really sweet. All of the staff we encountered were pleasant, they smiled, they offered suggestions, and even gave directions to my cousin upon checkout. Stay great guys your were amazing! We visited on 2/14/26 🤩
