Alex, came out and replaced my springs and let me know I didn't need a new door, just a little bit of service. He straightened out some bent panels, replaced some missing hardware, lubed the opener and even cut away some drywall that was interfering with the door. The service was very reasonably priced and my door is now running perfectly.
