The food quality really needs to be consistent; I visited Chipotle twice in a row this week—one time it was the most delicious meal I’ve ever had there, but right now I’m eating a burrito that is incredibly disappointing. The meat and chicken lack salt, and the cheese is separated; not to mention, the person who made my burrito was working with the combined lethargy of three sloths. In my humble opinion, they should train the staff better so they maintain flavor consistency and a good work attitude. I say this from my own perspective as a cook, because I know people come back when the food is consistent and always tastes delicious.

Once I opened the lid to the burrito bowl, I quickly realized they not only forgot the lettuce and cheese I asked for, but they substituted it for two very long hairs…I wasn’t aware employee DNA was an option, so maybe next time I’ll just ask for that on the side.

It used to be really great when Ryan was running the place. He was a great manager. But since he left, it’s been quite different. Often times most people working there don’t even speak English now, and the customer service & level of friendliness has really dropped. They’re also out of stuff too often now. I used to go there a lot more than I do now. I hope they can get it together.

The reviews definitely are accurate. The smallest portion sizes of any chipotle. Food was fine but not worth paying any amount of money.

They also had no beans. Like it looked like they dont ever have beans. What even is that?

This was honestly the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. The employees were not friendly at all and seemed careless and disengaged throughout the entire process. My order felt rushed and poorly made, with little attention to detail or care put into it.

What’s especially disappointing is that Chipotle is usually known for consistency and decent customer service, but this visit was the complete opposite. The overall attitude and lack of effort really took away from the experience, and it didn’t feel welcoming in the slightest.

Unfortunately, this location left me feeling extremely unsatisfied and unlikely to return.
