From start to finish this whole process was Great! Everyone along the way was very informative and quick to respond. Field Manager Ethan Noel was very detailed and his timeline was on point, giving me my NEW HOME for Christmas! As a detailed person it was very awesome to see that when building a home. First time buying a newly built home. Lots of stress initially with all the unknowns, but worth it. Our home is beautiful, new and spacious. We knew what we wanted and what we could afford so no major surprises. Not too keen on having an HOA but understand the value of it. We are not impressed with the amenities as the “pool” is more of a kiddie pool, and the “playground” is just one slide and one other structure. Not a deal breaker for us but could be an important point for other families.

My husband and I had a house built with Fisher that we are currently living in. We’ve only been here for a year. They have not came back to fix all their mistakes. Our backyard is messed up completely to where we have to get a retaining wall put in, but they want to drag their feet, they also have to fix our fence when they put that retaining wall in because they messed up on the backyard grading and it all started because we want it that we had already spent three grand that we can’t even use because Fisher won’t communicate back to us. Inside of our house looks like crap for a house that we spent 500,000 on Should not look like it does our walls are very crooked. There are patch jobs throughout the house. The baseboards literally look like crap because of how cheap they are. They want to hire these contractors who sit here and drink on the job because we have beer cans laying around along with my neighbors have seen it too, we’re not the only house in the neighborhood of discovery point refuses to fix backyards. But they are so concerned about building other houses and other streets before fixing the houses that they currently have already sold. I do not recommend Fisher to anybody and I won’t recommend them. I am very disappointed in them , especially how much we spent on our Place. They have lied to us. They tell us when people are coming out to fix the walls and they never show up if you decide to build with Fisher make sure you are watching every detail. I have young kids and with how damaged our baseboards are because of their mess up, we have to make sure that they don’t go near them because we’ve had nail sticking out of them so they don’t hurt themselves supposed to be a family friendly place but actions speak, louder than words

Patio Homes aren't just for seniors! The floor plans are spacious and perfect for families. This neighborhood is awesome and a great mix of single family and paired patio homes. Our family loves it here!
