My brother sent two of these beautiful fish to my son. One fish has blossomed the other was lethargic and died 9 days after arrival (their policy is 7 days so that was that). I emailed the company, took pictures and chose another $195 fish and was given a .... $15 discount which wouldn't even cover shipping. I still have the emails from the customer service reps, complete with pictures. I normally don't write negative reviews but this poor service and horrendous refund/return policy guarantees that none of my family will ever spend money here again.

I ordered 1or 2 at a time, UPS NEXT DAY AIR, each shipment was packed and received in perfect condition, Thai Oranda's all super healthy and thriving from day one, top quality, best prices and great customer service.

Love the quality and care of Chuchu Goldfish. I’ve bought 4 goldfish and they are all healthy and beautiful. They also have new arrivals every week! Best place to buy high quality goldfish and will definitely buy again!

Best place to buy goldfish!! Tyson was super friendly and worked with me to order the fish I wanted. The fish were shipped on Tuesday and arrived Wednesday in a cardboard box -> styrofoam walls -> each fish double bagged. Would 10000% recommend to anyone looking for high quality fish at a reasonable price. These fish are beauties. 🙌🙌❤️❤️ Will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

They were quick to respond to questions. Reasonable prices and beautiful selections. Offered really good shipping rates for overnight. They have new fish every weekend. These guys were delivered to my door today and doing well so far. Cant wait until they grow even bigger! Will definitely buy from him again in the future. ❤
