When we rented our storage unit the price was fair but 2 months into using the rental the price doubled. The light in the unit never worked and our lock jammed and had to be removed by the office employee so we could access our things. Go somewhere else

The actual unit was clean and served its purpose. What I was not pleased with was the $54 a month rent increase with no notice. I tried 4+ times calling to get an explanation but I either got no answer or when answered a call back was promised but never happened. I put notice in and moved to another facility. I have had storage units many times and have never had this problem. I would not recommend this facility.

Very clean area and conveniently located; unfortunately I didn’t get my 1st month free and now, at 2 months of renting the space, the monthly rate is increased by $40!

I would like to give 5 stars BUT I have had my units unsecured for weeks bc I can only come here at certain times and they’re supposed to be on site 10am-6pm and they’re gone for 2 hours daily!! I got here at 12:30 and the sign said be back at 2! I can’t wait. I got here today at 1:50 and again sign says back at 2:05! I had to sit and wait bc I need my units secured! Every other time I come that sign is up. If you’re going to leave have someone else onsite. And my issue is I KNoW they were in that building!! Bc their car is there and they come from inside when they unlock the door!!! If I didn’t already have my stuff in the units and I didn’t need 24hr access I would go to a different place. But I have 3 units!! I expect if they’re supposed to be there they should open the door! And yes everyone deserves a break but they are not busy there’s no reason to lock the door for hours everyday! I can see gone for 5-15 minutes but not hours!! Especially when ur not busy to begin with to really need a 2 hour break!! Otherwise, Units are clean. And the people are nice but them not being there for the price I pay (which is a little pricey, in my opinion)is very upsetting!!

Not as comfortable with this affiliation as the other 2 units I rent elsewhere/also in past history of same. The management is simply is unfriendly. Also they are not very concerned with the consumers needs here. I repeatedly provided proof of full coverage on my RV, yet their coverage kept increasing my rates twice! No flexibility to assist in request to move to another space neither. I won’t return. Poor service.
