This storage location is safe, clean, and well-kept. Greg, the long-term manager, is professional, personable, and kind. He was very helpful regarding a challenging situation, explaining options and facilitating resolution. It’s a joy when one comes across people who still care about customer service! I highly recommend the 30 Stillman Rd. location.

Everyone at Extra Space Storage has been extremely helpful working together between different locations to find me a solution for my storage requirements. I highly recommend checking them out if you have storage needs.

Greg was very helpful and informative whenever I needed a place to store items. He provided just the right size that would be suitable and helpful for me to fit all my stuff. He also gave advice on how to purchase a unit online instead of in person to save money. If anyone has any questions, Greg is the person to go to!

Just moved in. Unit is very clean and easy to access. Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable, and that is a good sign for a storage facility that it is actively managed. Will update in a few months if any issues arise.
