Josh at Extra Space Storage was absolutely incredible! His customer service went above and beyond from start to finish and made what initially felt like a complicated, stressful process so easy and seamless.

He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer every question while making sure we felt confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about creating a great customer experience, but Josh truly does.

I recently rented a storage unit from Josh, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

The unit was clean, secure, and exactly what I needed. Josh made sure I got the right size without overspending, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone that honest and helpful.

Overall, great customer service and a hassle-free experience. I highly recommend working with Josh if you’re looking for a reliable storage solution!
