Eisha was extremely helpful and sweet with helping me and getting my unit set up. She was very thorough with explaining the process on how to get into my unit and answering any questions i had, especially pertaining to the safety of my unit and who has access to it. She’s great!

I’ve had a unit at Extra Space Storage for a few years and just moved out today, overall, really solid experience. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and feels secure, which mattered to me.

Shoutout to Esha, she’s consistently been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They also do a good job with reminders and communication, which makes things smooth.

The only reason I moved out was the price increases over time (which, honestly, is happening everywhere right now), but service-wise, no complaints. If I still needed storage in the city, I’d definitely consider coming back.

If you go, ask for Esha…she’ll take care of you.

10/10 experience as an introduction. The store associate was polite, informative and knowledgeable about the units and provided a stellar performance when accommodations were needed. Give her a raise and make sure she’s appreciated. Businesses rarely produce this type of customer service.

I would like to commend the outstanding customer service I received. Khalid was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the available storage options. She took the time to explain pricing, policies, and security features in detail, ensuring that I felt confident in my decision.
The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure, which reflects the pride and responsibility the staff takes in their work. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and with patience.
Excellent customer service makes all the difference, and this experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage services.
Khalid rocks.
