My husband and I had six storage units as we waited for our home to be built. We've finally made the move and have emptied all of them. Our experience with Extra Space Storage has been excellent. It's immaculately clean and the staff are fantastic. Our experience with Jason G. in particular has been stellar. He's not only professional, but he's friendly and helpful when we've needed assistance. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using this storage facility. I hope we never have to do this again, but if we need additional storage, we won't hesitate to use Extra Space Storage.

I highly recommend! We came in for one storage unit but got 2 10x30 units and I'm so glad we ended up getting 2! It was easy to access whenever we needed to and very clean. We only paid about $100 a month for both of those. And it was so easy to return them when we no longer needed- we pressed the button at the front office and they cancelled our next payment and we got to keep our locks since they change them. Would definitely use them again if we need storage. It's air conditioned, the doors have timers in case you need to move stuff in and out, they have flatbed carts to use as well.

Location is clean and easy to access. Ordered my storage unit online very easily and due to plans changing wound up that I didn't use the storage. No problem for their excellent customer service.
If I need a storage unit in the future, I'll be getting it through these folks at this location. 👍

Ms. Leia,...The Manager, was very professional and helpful. She helped me navigate the process on my cell phone (which actually helped me save money). Companies push upselling and what cost the most. She made sure I chose what my family needed which goes a very long way. She (again) made sure the Unit was clean and ready for me. Upper Management/Owner(s) need to recognize her. (Location; 2062 Blake Bottom Rd NW Huntsville).

Nice clean facility, friendly customer service. Best experience I’ve had Storing my items. Everything was protected and clean and no bug issues. If I need to store things again, I will absolutely use them! I highly recommend it.
