When you call. You have to wait a few months to be seen, then in the waiting room I had two wait almost two hours yo see the ent. Staff is disorganized, if you call to ask questions your left in hold for a long long time. I called to schedule a procedure that the doctor recommended for my son. They gaf already done a CT of the nose, and when I called they acted like that had no idea what procedure the doctor recommended, they said they would ask the doctor and get back to me and they never did. This office is just a waste of time. Will find a new ent for my son.

by far the best ENT DR I have ever visited. The staff was beyond helpful and it did take a bit of time for me to see her. Expected when your good. I was glad I waiting and my issue was diagnosed, treated and medicated and the follow up was timely. No Fluff, no Bull this lady gets to the point and takes care of business. Thank you Dr very much

Dr Yoshpe was amazing. My 5 year old son had sleep apnea due to extremely large tonsils. He needed them out. Surgery went amazingly well and recovery was fast. It’s now two years later and he sleeps without making a sound. I personally know two other moms that went to her for similar problems and both of them recommend her as well. I would not hesitate sending loved ones to her.

Claudia, a staff member who answered the phone and made appointments was probably the rudest receptionist I've ever had to deal with. I never did get in to see the doctor. I had shingles in my ears and mouth. My GP referred me to Dr. Nina Yoshpe and was concerned that having shingles in my ear could possibly damage my hearing. He wanted me to get in to see the doctor ASAP. When I explained to Claudia that I had shingles, she told me that you can only get shingles on your body and why would I need to see an ENT doctor. She then told me I would have to wait 8 weeks to see a doctor and she wouldn't even put me on a cancellation list. I wonder how many other patients Claudia has turned away.

My son was a patient for many years here. His ears keep getting worse as the years went by. Seems like he always needed ear tubes.

We changed to a different ENT, due to insurance. Well I was told that my son had a huge hole on his ear drum. That whoever did his last surgery didn't know what they were doing. My son ended up with partial hearing loss. The doctor whom preformed the surgery was "not" Nina, it was Dr. Wilmer …So glad that we switched, or who knows what would of happened to my sons other ear should we had stayed. No thanks!
