This was such an easy process. Great sized, clean and secure unit for storing college dorm furniture for summer break. Start up & move out processes were both painless.

They’ve always been helpful and supportive when questions arose, or financial issues came up. The units are as advertised and the property is always kept extremely clean, even though the winter months.

Staff was kind and helped me resolve the issue promptly. Sorry I forgot to ask his name. I checked in on 7/16 PM and it went smoothly. Nice location.

So I rent a unit online on a Sunday, by Tuesday things change and I no longer will need the unit. I never even open the door to the unit, so stopped by to see about canceling the rental.

If within 7 days you have not used the unit, they will cancel the rental.
No questions asked, refunded my credit card. Super good customer service. If ever I am in need again, I will certainly do business with them!

This place is awesome as far as extra storage goes! Not too busy, but they’re obviously popular pretty much every door has a lock on it. This is very clean compared to other experiences I’ve had with storage, and everything we have in there for the past few months has stayed completely dry and hasn’t developed any funny smells. From the location, convenience, and property cleanliness I’d give them 5 stars all around.
