It was really nice to meet Todd Hutchens for the quote for the heat pump. He was informative, professional and the best part...Friendly. It was easy to understand the whole process involved in the construction. This is our second heat pump with your company. We first found this business through Jeff at the Salem State Fair. Its wonderful to work with everyone again and...the bedroom is so much cooler and safe for me to sleep in. 85 degrees didn't work well for my health.

The same day I got the quote I had our other heat pump serviced and cleaned.

I recently had a Daikin Aurora mini-split system installed by The Heat Pump Store and am very satisfied. Todd Hutchens, our Ductless Specialist, was knowledgeable and straightforward — no pressure, just clear answers to my questions. He also followed up after installation to make sure everything was running smoothly.
The installation was handled by Louis and Miriam, along with two electricians. All four were professional, did quality work, and left the area clean when they finished.
I'd recommend The Heat Pump Store to anyone considering a mini-split system.

The sales and installation crew were top notch. Todd Hutchens was knowledgeable, patient, and offered me all the heat pump options so I could make an informed product choice. I am very happy and sitting quite comfortably with my new Quilt heat pump.

Todd Hutchens from the Heat Pump Store helped us assess a consistently problematic LG Ductless Mini Split System that was installed at our house in 2018 by a different HVAC Company (Aire Serv of the Willamette). The Heat Pump Store identified the leaks in the system line set and recommended either full system replacement or changing the refrigerant line set. We decided to hire the Heat Pump Store to replace the line set on our existing system. Cristian and Justin were the technicians that arrived at our house on time along with Todd. We went over the details of our current Ductless setup and Cristian and Justin quickly got to work disconnecting and removing the old, leaking (in multiple locations) line sets, followed by installing a new line set. They were courteous and professional. The install result looks significantly more professional than the install performed by Aire Serv in 2018. So far the system has been running for a week with no issues and it's blowing cool air. In 2018 the (same) system was leaking and malfunctioning within the first week. I highly recommend doing business with the Heat Pump Store. They are all very professional and competent. A big thanks to the Heat Pump Store!

The minisplit was just installed yesterday. So far so good. Todd was very helpful with his explanations and very responsive when I had questions (i really appreciated this!). The two men who did the install were earnest and professional and seemed to do a very tidy job. From calling for a quote to the install, the process was quick and seamless. Color me impressed. :). Also, knowing that the company's been around awhile and that the online community endorsed their services is reassuring. Nice to see it bear out IRL for me, too.
