After graduating from James Madison University in Virginia, Paul Tine moved to the Outer Banks in 1995 and married Whitney Tine. He began working in the family business in 1998 and purchased the agency in 2005. Since that time, the agency has grown to two locations, acquired CDA Insurance of Kill Devil Hills and has over 15 employees serving clients in the Outer Banks, Northeast NC and Virginia.
